Public Offer — Forex Event Bot Referral Program

1. Terms and Definitions

Offer — this document
Service Provider (Offeror) — the individual who is the owner and operator of @forex_event_bot
Partner (Acceptor) — the person who has accepted this Offer
Referral Link — a unique link of the form https://t.me/forex_event_bot?start=XXXX
Referred User — a person who has purchased a paid plan via the referral link
Reward — payments to the Partner in USDT (TRC-20 network)

2. Acceptance Procedure

Purchase of any paid plan in the @forex_event_bot bot
Receipt of a referral link in the bot or through the official channel
Commencement of use of the referral link

3. Tiered Reward System

ROOKIE

5–9 = 5%

SILVER

10–19 = 10%

GOLD

20–29 = 20%

PLATINUM

30–39 = 30%

EMERALD

40–49 = 40%

DIAMOND

50+ = 50%

Note: The reward level is reviewed monthly based on the number of active paid users.

4. Reward Calculation Examples

5. Reward Accrual Conditions

The Partner must maintain an active paid plan
Rewards accrue only for successfully paid and non-refunded payments
Self-referrals, multi-accounts and fraudulent schemes are prohibited

6. Payout Procedure

Payouts are made between the 1st and 5th of each month upon the Partner's request
The Partner must provide a USDT (TRC-20) wallet address
The Service Provider may delay a payout if violations are suspected

7. Rights and Obligations

The Partner undertakes to:

Refrain from spam, deception and misleading advertising
Comply with applicable law and Telegram's rules

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

Modify program terms with 14 days' notice
Block accounts and void rewards for violations
Suspend or terminate the program without explanation

8. Bonus for Referred Users

Users who join via a referral link receive 1 month of free trial access with full bot functionality.

9. No Investment Advice

The bot is not an investment advisor and does not provide brokerage services. All information is analytical and informational only.

10. Taxes

The Partner is solely responsible for paying taxes in their jurisdiction. The Service Provider is not a tax agent.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or technical failures of Telegram, blockchain, or third-party services.

12. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure, including sanctions, infrastructure failures, war, disasters and regulatory decisions.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Offer is governed by the law of the Service Provider's jurisdiction of registration. Disputes are resolved in the court at the Service Provider's place of registration.

14. Data Privacy

Personal data is not transferred to third parties except as required by law.
